AC South

Italian Bears (Rated 56.5, £996k Wage Bill)

6-10 Last season. Formed in Season 59

Kladno Ravens (Rated 65.6, £2.4M Wage Bill)

1 x Divisional Champion Season 60 Reigning Champion

Los Vegas Chargers (BOT)

Rome Centurions (Rated Rated 54.2, £169k Wage Bill)

Kladno Ravens: Ready to Reign Again in the AC South

Reigning AC South Champions, the Kladno Ravens enter S61 with momentum—and ambition. Kladno will be confident in their bid to defend the AC South crown, but the road won’t be without obstacles. The Bears are shaping up to be the Ravens’ biggest threat in the division, while the debut of a third Rome Centurions iteration could be the X-factor that disrupts the power dynamic.

Centurion Owner returns for another run, having previously helmed past versions of the Centurions, including a notable three-season stretch in The Elite from Seasons 40 to 42.

Prediction

1. Kladno Ravens 10-6
2. Italian Bears 6-10
3. Rome Cneturions 5-11
4. Los Vegas Chargers 0-16

AC West

Black Knights (Rated 70.4, £2.3M Wage Bill)

Reigning AC West Champion. 2 x Divisional Titles

Cleveland Steamera (BOT)

Konjarnik High Towers (Rated 66.3, £6.1M Wage Bill)

Legendary Sea Devil and Member of The Hall of Fame. 8 x Divisional Champion all in The West

Versailles Victors (Rated 60.3, £2.9M Wage Bill)

3-13 last season.. Operating since S59

A Giant Awakens in the AC West

After a decade of silence, the Konjarnik High Towers are showing signs of life. Once THE force in the AC West, Konjarnik has largely stayed out of the spotlight since their last title back in Season 51.

Following that triumph, owner ulero famously dismantled the roster and slashed the wage bill to the bare minimum.

But the silence is no more. Smoke is once again rising from Three Towers Arena, but secrecy shrouds the Serbian outfit. Rumours of staff sign and players signing NDAs and a complete Media Blackout only fuel the conspiracy theories.

In a dramatic reversal, the High Towers have returned to the transfer market in full force. Their wage bill has surged to a staggering £6.1 million—second only to Radu's Ravens—signaling a full-scale return to contention.

That’s exciting news for fans of the AC West, but it’s a potential headache for the reigning and defending champions Black Knights. Winners of back-to-back divisional AC West titles, the Knights posted an 11-5 record last season before falling in the Divisional Playoffs to the eventual champions, Constanta Sailors.

Meanwhile, the Versailles Victors round out a division suddenly bursting with ambition. Coming off a 3-13 campaign, the Victors are long shots, but if they can build momentum, they may be a team to watch in the coming seasons.

The AC West just got a whole lot more interesting. With Konjarnik now rearmed, a third straight division crown won't come easy. A sleeping giant has woken—and the road to the playoffs may now run through Konjarnik

Predictions

1. Konjarnik High Towers 12-4
2. Black Knights 10-6
3. Versailles Victors 5-11
4. Cleveland Steamers 0-16

NC East

Copenhagen Chargers (Rated 73.1, £4.8M Wage Bill)

Reigning NC East Champions. 1 x Divisional Titles

Sheffield Wednesday (Rated 73.3, £2.6M Wage Bill)

2 x Divisional Titles

Bergen Bruisers (Rated 76.0, £3.2M Wage Bill)

3 x Divisional Titles

Downriver Seals (Rated 53.4, £325k Wage Bill)

0-16 Last Season

Viking Division Chaos: Simply Expect the Unexpected

Stability in structure, chaos in competition—the Viking Division returns for a third straight season with the same lineup, and once again, it’s anyone’s game. Over the past three seasons, three different teams have worn the crown:
Bergen Bruisers (S58)
Wednesday (S59)
Copenhagen Chargers (S60).

This division doesn’t repeat—it rotates drama.

Last season, Wednesday dominated the divisional matchups, going a perfect 6-0 against their rivals. Normally, that’s a golden ticket to the post season and the Divisional Title—but not in the Viking Division. Copenhagen shocked the league with gutsy, improbable wins over stronger opponents, edging Wednesday out in a photo finish.

The Chargers proved they belonged, pushing the powerhouse Manta Rays to the brink in the Wildcard Round. But in the brutally stacked NC Conference, there's no margin for error. 12-4 wasn’t enough for a Wildcard berth last year—division titles are now the only guaranteed path to the postseason.

Then there’s the Bergen Bruisers, who suffered a much-publicised collapse in S60. They stumbled to a 5-11 record just seasons after winning three back to back titles. But don’t count them out. Signs point to a reloaded roster, and they enter Season 61 as early favorites to reclaim the NC East crown.

Wednesday, meanwhile, face a storm of their own making. After a season riddled with playbook struggles and QB controversies, the franchise made headlines by cutting veteran signal-caller Vince Rife in the offseason. They now enter the campaign with three young, untested quarterbacks under center—a gamble that may cost them dearly.

Rounding out the division, the Downriver Seals return with hopes of improvement, but expectations remain low. Most observers see them as likely to prop up the division once again.

In the Viking Division, expect fireworks. Rivalries run deep, the stakes are high—and history says this story is far from predictable.

Predictions

1. Bergan Bruisers 12-4
2. Copenhagen Chargers 12-4
3. Sheffield Wednesday 10-6
4. Downriver Seals 1-15

NC North

Hamburg Baltic Dogs (Rated 57.6, £847k Wage Bill)

Formed in Season 50

Hamburg Sea Lions (Rated 74.9, £2.5M Wage Bill)

Formed in S48 The Sea Lions have a fantastic record. World Bowl Winner in Season 49 & 52, they are 4 x Divisional Champions 1 x Conference Champions, 1 x Dragons Superbowl Champion, whilst then spending 7 Seasons in The Elite

Riga Smokers (Rated 59.9, £1.1M Wage Bill)

Owner since Season 58

St Pauli Packers (Rated 72.6, £4.7M Wage Bill)

3 x Divisional Champion

German League Set for a Sea Lion Shakedown

For the past three seasons, the St Pauli Packers have coasted to NC North titles, winning the division by margins of 1, 8, and 6 games respectively. But the days of easy dominance may be over. A heavyweight has entered the arena—The Hamburg Sea Lions.

Officially, the Sea Lions are calling this a “rebuild.” On paper, their rating and wage bill seem to support that claim. But let’s not be fooled—this is no ordinary franchise. Despite being just 12 seasons old, they’ve spent seven of them in Elite. Expect them to be competitive from Day One, and a genuine threat to St Pauli’s throne.

The Packers, meanwhile, have their sights firmly set on Elite promotion. Last season saw them fall in the Wildcard Round in a tough draw versus The Vancouver Corsairs. Season 59 had ended in heartbreak—a narrow 23-17 loss to The Mystics in the Conference Championship after holding a 14-13 lead heading into the fourth quarter.

For St Pauli, the mission is clear: finish the job.

Rounding out the NC North are the Hamburg Baltic Dogs and the Riga Smokers. While they may not be immediate threats to the division’s top tier, they bring intrigue in different ways. The Dogs posted a respectable 8-8 record in Season 60, but continue to operate with one of the lowest wage bills and ratings in the conference. Meanwhile, the Smokers are quietly building something interesting—but Season 61 may arrive just a bit too early for their breakout.

The Packers are no longer alone at the top—and with the Sea Lions prowling just below the surface, the NC North is poised for a seismic shakeup.

Predictions

1. St Pauli Packers 13-3
2. Hamburg Sea Lions 13-3
3. Riga Smokers 6-10
4. Hamburg Baltic Dogs 5-11

NC South

Derbent Convicts (Rated 59.3, £951K Wage Bill)

Formed in S58 i believe this is the 2nd iteration of The Convicts

Manta Rays (Rated 72.4, £2.4M Wage bill)

Formed in S57

Northern Storm (Rated 64.9, £3.1M Wage Bill)

Formed in S58

Social Distance Runners (Rated 80.2, £3.6M Wage Bill)

Legendary Sea Devils Team. 14 Seasons in The Elite, 26 x Divisional Titles, 9 x Conference Championships, 2 x Sea Devils Superbowls

NC South: Runners Return, But the Road Back Won’t Be Easy

The Runners are back from the Elite, but they may be in for a rude awakening. After two seasons battling in the Big League, relegation drops them into what might be the most unpredictable and exciting division in the NC.

Waiting for them are the Manta Rays, last season’s breakout stars. The Rays went toe-to-toe with the legendary Glasgow Tigers, even stealing a key divisional win en-route to a surprise playoff berth. Their postseason run was cut heartbreakingly short in a 38–33 shootout loss to the Michigan Weasel Traders, but the message was clear: we are here to stay.

The Northern Storm add another layer of danger to this stacked division. Their 10-6 finish in Season 60 was only good enough for third place—testament to how competitive the NC South truly is. While the Storm are well-coached and capable, repeating or bettering that mark might be a step too far this time around.

Rounding out the group are the gritty Derbent Convicts, who punched above their weight last season but still finished 6-10. Owner egoist opted to remain in the South—a decision that could come back to haunt them. Still, with experience and resilience on their side, the Convicts are more than capable of playing spoiler.

The Runners may be the team returning from Elite, but in a division loaded with momentum and ambition, there are no guarantees. The NC South is wide open—and ready for war.

Predictions

1. Social Distance Runners 12-4
2. Manta Rays 12-4
3. Northern Storm 10-6
4. Derbent Convicts 4-12

NC West

Michigan Weasel Traders (Rated 80.3, £4.1m Wage Bill)

4 x Divisional Titles, 1 x Conference Title, 1 x Elite Season

Minnesota Minotaurs (Rated 66.1, £1.3M Wage Bill)

Formed Season 59

Minnesota Silver Foxes (Rated 65.7, £1.7M Wage Bill)

Formed S57

Vancouver Corsairs (Rated 74.2, £3.4M Wage Bill)

Divisional Title x 5

In the NC West, it’s always personal.

The storyline remains the same: the growing, bitter rivalry between 'that' Canadian team and their arch-nemeses, the Weasels in Michigan. Over the past few seasons, these two heavyweights have gone blow-for-blow, trading titles and bragging rights. In their last 10 matchups, they’re deadlocked at 5-5. But when it comes to silverware, Michigan holds the edge, 2-1 in NC West titles, including a razor-thin win last season, by just a single game.

Once again, the division looks like a two-horse race. Michigan enter as early-season favorites—but ruling out the rest of the division would be a mistake.

Enter the Minnesota Silver Foxes. Their off-field troubles were no secret in S60, nearly collapsing financially—until the unlikeliest of saviors, their divisional rival Michigan, led a rescue package to stabilize the franchise. With a leaner wage bill and a chance to reset, the Foxes may be rebuilding—but the Chad Thurman effect still looms large. They could cause trouble for anyone who overlooks them.

And then there’s the Minnesota Minotaurs—the quiet storm. With a modest budget and a disciplined approach, they’ve been methodically upgrading their roster. No one’s picking them to win the division, but don’t be surprised if they pull off a few upsets that shake the NC West standings to their core.

The Weasels and their Canadian rivals will dominate the headlines—but it’s the shadow moves in Minnesota that could define how Season 61 ends.

Predictions

1. Michigan Weasel Traders 13-3
2. Vancouver Corsairs 12-4
3. Minnesota Minotaurs 8-8
4. Minnesota Silver Foxes 6-10

It will take a little time, but your team will start playing very good once the Team Chemistry is at 100%.
Looking forward to it
