I'm honestly not sure what to think about this season. I went 5-10, I did relatively poorly in my "Winnable games" My Offense felt like garbage all season until my last few games where I thought I had it figured out to make it serviceable, and then it completely fell apart today.
I think my defense is okay considering what I've got to work with, and has the potential to be a very scary unit in the near future, but I don't really know. I really need help figuring out my Enigma of a team. |

TigerTail, I took a quick look at your roster and coaching staff and I would say...
don't be discouraged. your team is very young. you just joined the game 2 seasons ago. this game is a marathon, not a sprint. your coaching staff is young and not fully developed. your roster is young- 22.8 avg age. your team is cheap- 2M players/coaches salary. with a decent playbook, with adequate facilities and proper training, with another season of player skill building, another season of coaches experience gaining...you might be a 10-win team next season. to me, youth academy is more important than the draft so make sure you got that running on all cylinders. also, playbook is important so if you're shaky on that then devote yourself to achieving a solid understanding of it. feel free to ask specific questions and good luck  |

He's asking for 100k and is gonna be 25; if you get him under a long term or franchise tag you could probably blitz that Passing skill early on. |
