So just to clarify, TS means Agility or any Non-physical skill, right?
That's why this guy's wage is $36,180 instead of $7000. |

This thread can be confusing to the rookie manager considering the new salary system. An u p d a t e or a pin removal should be done IMO.

still valid at the end of the season seems to be the rule of thump to offer for a 3 season contract (this season +2 seasons) 90% to 91% of estimated wage in the wage negotiation window (the wage is based on the non-HR-system)
