Jersey Numbering System
This chart explains which number ranges are assigned to each position. 1-9 Quarterbacks and Kickers 10-19 Quarterbacks, Receivers, Tight Ends, and Kickers 20-49 Running Backs and Defensive Backs 50-59 Centers and Linebackers 60-79 Defensive Linemen and Offensive Linemen 80-89 Receivers and Tight Ends (or 40-49 if those ranges are taken) 90-99 Defensive Linemen and Linebackers I think this sill applies in the NFL. Don't think college has a rule. Steve SD Blitz |

This is just the NFL System.
RZA does not force anyone to do it that way! In fact you could give every Player the #1 and the System would accept it (which is a bit strange, but OK for me). And this is just look, with not functionality behind it. So don't be afraid that this might lead to strange line ups in the depth Chart. |

I followed another system when awarding numbers
1-19 QB, K, P, WR, RB 20-29 CB 30-39 SF 40-49 FB, TE 50-59 LB 60-79 OL/DL 80-89 WR, TE 90-99 DL Haha, would be great if we add "ineligible receiver downfield" penalties for guys from 60-79... |

I mostly followed the NFL's numbering system except that I didn't use any of the 70-79 numbers for my senior team and gave them to some prospects in the Youth Academy instead

I'm giving jersey numbers only to the 20th that I'm going to add to Senior team within the current season.
The other youngsters shall still gain their numbers by proving worthy. |

In my famous team - so called Drinkers - we award youngsters with their own shirt. So they can feel like a pro, and can check out how it feels to wear the team colors. And the Coaching staff can easily tell them: you will never wear this on the grid, if you go on with your training that way, pussy
