Ho un HC da 90 CP che mi da' 176-178 punti ogni settimana.
Ho 7 AC tra i 50 e 60 CP piu' uno da 63. Ho ancora un AC da 90 CP per allenare i giocatori in modo piu rapido. In questo modo ho un stipendio settimanale da $ 1,426,665 che cresce ogni anno proporzionalmente con l' esperienza degli allenatori. SPESA per stagione STIPENDI ALLENATORI S17 -28,590,921 S18 -30,225,744 S19 -31,405,626 S20 -33,296,573 S21 -33,140,784 Gli AC hanno consistency da 4,5 stelle in su. Coaches' consistency Each coach has consistency. Consistency is measured from one half to 5 in half star steps, where 1 half star means really inconsistent, and 5 means he is really consistent in making decisions. A coach with a half star of consistency can perform up to 10% worse or better than what his CP is. So consistency is like daily form of your coach. Please notice: This factor out of consistency is active for each single event the coach is joining. |

Provvedo nel periodo dopo il mio Relegation MAtch (se ci arrivo *incrocia le dita*) in modo da assorbire il -20% di Morale e Chemistry senza impattare le mie già scarse prestazioni.
Nel frattempo ho studiato la matematica degli allenatori. Per avere sempre e comunque un bonus positivo per un allenatore basta che abbia almeno : 4* di esperienza e 5* di consistenza (in realtà questa combinazione ha il 50% del RNG che la rende negativa, ma al massimo di 0.01 e finchè non cresce l'exp a 4.5) 4,5* di esperienza e 4,5* di consistenza 5* di esperienza e 3* di consistenza. Le ultime due combinazioni annullano anche il peggiore effetto randomico sul calcolo del moltiplicatore per mantenerlo costantemente sopra ad 1 ed avere un vantaggio sul calcolo dei Coaching Points. Ovviamente l'esperienza cresce e ci si può lavorare, la consistenza invece resta stabile, questa differenza perciò va tenuta in debito conto. |

riesumo questo thread.
andato via per età l'HC e un paio di AC. preso HC da 79 e riempiti 4 buchi con AC tra 58-64. appena sono tutti a posto e ho l'aggiornamento faccio sapere quanti punti per l'academy prendo. PS senza HC e 3 AC bloccati a 50, mercoledì ho preso 39 punti
