I'm still not sure about the required skills for the ST positions and I would be very thankful if you guys helped me out.
My guesses are: K: 1. STR, KICK 2. VIS, INT P: 1. STR, PUNT 2. VIS, INT G: 1. SPD, TACK 2. STR, AGI, VIS (POS?) KR: 1. SPD, CARRY 2. STR, AGI, VIS 3. POS, CATCH STBL: 1. SPD, STR, BLOCK 2. POS, VIS STT: same as G What do the more experienced managers think about this? |

Kicker, I would add speed, agility, positioning and tackling Punter, I would add speed, agility, positioning and tackling KR, I don't think they need catching unless he plays RB or WR. (Now, that flexbone functions like wishbone, RBs might not need catching, but I'm still going to train it for reasons) Special Teams Blocker, I would add agility Gunner/Special Teams tackler, I primarily use back-7 players so all of my players have STR, SPD, AGI, POS, TAC, & ViS trained. If you choose to use DL builds, you could swap POS for FTW. I discovered last season that some DL built players can play well at SF, so they make good G/STTs too. |

K/P as you did put them looks fine for me. G = LB, CB or SF KR = RB STBL = OL, TE and FB STT = any quick defensers, so DL, LB, CB or SF That's how I do set those positions up, having only a K serving as K and P and the rest is filled with regular position players. |
