Because Centers play on the offense. Did you mean your Nose Tackle?

Maybe your opponent mainly uses a 4-3 or 4-4 defense. In the game engine the Center only counts as blocking the NT in defenses like 3-3-5 and 5-3 defensive formations.
I think 4-3 is the default defensive setting, so if you're playing against a lot of newer teams who haven't had the chance to adjust their defensive playbook, your Center won't show up on the stat sheet for blocks. |
