The BOT-flush to 1.1 for season 5 and never looked back, needed some time to adjust and became a regular playoff team in season 7. They did need many seasons to get to the top and after the season 13, when the 4 best teams went to the new founded Elite league, the Devils made the final step to become one of the best the region has. The won the league in season 14 and went to Elite themselves for season 15, only to drop back to 1.1 for season 16 again. After taking some breath in season 16 they won the league again in season 17, went to Elite for 18 and dropped back again for season 19 to level 1. In season 19 they won the conference and promoted again to Elite, where they again had no luck to win some game, so they went to 1.1 again for season 21. They repeated their conference championship to Elite promotion to 1.1 relegation habitus again in 21/22 season and faded out in season 23. Why in the HOF? There are not many teams that long and that successful as the Devils. With 2 league championships the won more than most and those who won more will not count that against them. The Devils are among the top of the region, since almost 10 seasons and did something not many did, once they relegated to 1.1 again, they were back in Elite after just 1 season. From season 5 on they played in 1.1, but were in a tough division, which didn't help with their record the first few seasons. After season 12, which were they worst level 1 season they had they had their first playoff appearance in season 13 and made it into the conference championship game. Because of the new founded Elite league they were promoted to Elite because of that and had a hard season on Elite level for one season. They dropped back to level 1.1 and became a regular contender, won division titles and made the playoffs for several seasons in a row. Over time did their new division home become another quite tough division and became an Elite league elevator. The Crows itself were in the last seasons not able to make the playoffs or to advance far enough, being in rebuilding mode until they faded out in season 25. Why in the HOF? The Crows were one of the longest playing franchises in Monarchs history. They were competing every season and it's never a sure thing to play them. Win or lose, all can happen. Two league champions came from that league in later years and the Canaries were always 1 or 2 steps behind. The finished never higher than 3rd in the division, and reached the playoffs only once. Still they managed to get a winning record over their career and not many teams were happy to play them. The left after another 3rd place finish in season 7 and went BOT before season rollover. Why in the HOF? One of the early tough teams in the AC, suffered mainly because of the inner division competition and the playoff rules. Some early playoff participants were much weaker than this team left out of the playoffs over most of their career. |

The had trouble early and had to play a relegation game in season 9, but from that point on, the team did improve, slowly. Playing a very competive division at that time (2 of the 3 opponents are elected to the HOF already) the team had to wait until the division promoted teams to Elite and until the team itself became strong enough to make a stand. The team came finally together to win the division 3 consecutive times in season 18, 19 and 20. They did compete the following years, but got good teams into their division and had a hard time until they faded out after season 25. Why in the HOF? The team improved slowly and the manager did not quit when some of the bad things of RZA did happen to him or his team. Now in season 12 they did win the division again in their first season in 2.1 and this time they went also in their first season to the bowl after a conference title and they won the bowl, again. Promoted to 1.1 for season 13 they did not wait to adjust, but won also their division on 1.1, but fell out of the playoffs in the second round. They needed a few seasons after that success to adjust and win the division again, which they were able to do in season 16 and 17, but both times they lost in first or second round in the playoffs. It looks like they had to redo their roster for season 18 and 19, but lost interest after the regular season of season 19 and the team went BOT before rollover to season 20. Why in the HOF? Despite the lack of big success, the Liberation Army became a better team inside the 1.1 late period of their existence. The team was on a good way to become contenders. They won 3 division titles in the 1.1, which not many teams can claim. |

They always were one or two steps behind other teams, but still never were a team to take easy. It took a few teams a lot of seasons to get near the results of Dreigiau Cymreig and to finally win this division. An always friendly manager did the best he could with his team, until he finally lost interest. Why in the HOF? Even if they never won a league title, the Dragons (that’s the translation from their welsh team name) did play fair and hard for all seasons. Many teams did challenge them for their division, but the did not give up, until their roster got old and expensive. When he left, the region lost one of the gentlemen of this region. |

They entered the 1.1 in season 11, were fast successfull, but had overall many time the bad luck to play a tough team in the divisional playoffs, which ended their playoff run very often. In season 22 they did overcome their playoff curse and won the league to enter Elite for the first time. After spending 2 seasons in Elite they went back to 1.1 and needed 2 seasons to win the conference again and get back to Elite. After a rough season there they fell back to 1.1. Why in the HOF? Long lasting, always friendly and always competitive. They do lack the championships maybe, but they were never easy to play and never gave up. Quite successful in the beginning did they reach the 1.1 by BOT flush for season 2 and were unlucky to be part of the strongest division in those early days, the AC North (All 4 of the 4 teams from season 2 to 7 are now HOF members). They stayed always in the shadow of the 2 other successful teams at that time (Bees and Atlantes), but went to the playoff regularly. When the 2 bigger teams left, the Killers claimed the division, but only for one season. After that did a roster makeover shift the power levels again and since then does the team try to get back to the contender level. The Killers are working with their strategy since ages and they stay in the league, sometimes as good team, sometimes only as average one, but never unfriendly or unsportsmen like. They faded out a few seasons after they became members of the HOF. Why in the HOF? They were one of the 4 teams of the AC North bringing fear to every opponent during the early seasons. The AC North did produce 3 playoff teams each season at that time and the Killers were most of the time the third one. What many do not recognise is the fact that the manager did join the project long before the game went live. For me that was a sad day when the team did fell to BOT. There they build the team for 2 seasons and won their relegation game to enter 1.1 for season 13. After a tough first season and another relegation victory the team did establish itself as winning team inside the 1.1 with regular playoff runs. In season 20 the team did win the conference and did enter Elite level the first time, but had to relegate after a losing season on that level. In season 22 they did again win their division in the 1.1 and went to the playoffs. Since then were the team challenged several times inside their division and did lose the grip over it a bit, but regularly came back strong. Why in the HOF? The won their division, but went out of the playoffs after one game. Avoiding a BOT flush this time they returned to win the division in season 10 only to lose again their first playoff game. in their 3rd season in the 2.1 they won the division and conference, advancing to level 1. From season 12 on they were part of the 1.1 and did become better season after season, until they won the division in season 19 and were also highly favoured to win it again in season 20. But at the start of season 20 did the team fall BOT after a few games. Why in the HOF? The team did a classic build phase and stayed for 12 season, which is not often to happen. They were able to build a competitive squad over seasons. They had a smart building phase in 2.1 for 3 season, and were only limited in 1.1 by quite powerful other teams inside their division.
