I don't believe than an NFL franchise will come soon in Europe for the same reason some great teams will never come play in London. There is too much money to lose.

Packers will never play in London because they need too much the income of the Lambeau Field at Green Bay and the other franchise need too much Packers's audience in their stadium (I saw an article about it on nfl.com) and I guess they are not the only one.

May be when the hyperloop will be functionnal.

Logistically speaking it's be a nightmare. Time difference. Traveling distances. Different tax-system and currency. Add to that current ratings falling in the US and participation in the sport decreasing in both US and UK and I don't think we'll see it happen. Maybe I'm too pessimistic.

The NFL is a great product because it is exactly that; the NATIONAL Football League.

Playing in London is already a bad thing, keep it to Mexico City and Toronto every now and again. Let people travel to try the real thing. London is so vanilla.
