One quick question. I have a few guys who are red capped at 47.7 and xx.6 how has someone gained 0.8 per a single train to take it 0.7 over?

I have training progress of around 0.6 for strS, with all facilities activated.So with better AC it could be possible if you time the training right.

Draftees could be already drafted redcapped with any digit at the end

With double facilities, 81CP Coach and high TW in the premium-YA, I had a few 0.8 STR gains this season, else:

level 1 scout is 0.25 before that cap hit iirc.
Either way, YES, red cap will be @45. Like i said earlier, the red cap on STR/SPE/AGI is ALWAYS on a whole number. Last edited on 2017-02-19 09:55:46 by McKay93 |
