I conceeded 17 interception returns for a TD in 3 games (4,9 and 4 again). Is that just because i didn't make a playbook?

Not necessarily. It appears that your last three opponents were able to generate a decent amount of pressure on your QB and you gave up multiple sacks each game. Additionally, your QB attempted many long and medium passes and only 1 of your QBs had a completion rate of 50% making such difficult attempts.

Your team will benefit from making a playbook that's designed to your strengths, but it won't guarantee that your QBs will stop throwing interceptions at their current rate. For now, you may be able to come up with a gameplan to work around your current limitations. You have a young team and it will take time for your QBs, OLs, WRs/TEs to develop. Once you're able to handle pressure, you should see the interception rate drop.

Good luck on your journey. If you have any more questions don't hesitate to ask. There are many of us willing to help out.

Thanks man, good reply.

So basically i want short passes to the outsides i think.

This might probably be in some manual, but can't find it and not in a mood to read everything, but how do i decide which WR or TE plays on the left or right side? Because it's influenced by the playbook where you pass to.

The depth chart fills formations left to right for offense and right to left for defense. That means your 1st WR is WR left, 2nd is WR right and so on.

How fast players gain experience? Let's say that I have a 20 yo player with 2* experience and he plays quite regularly both friendlies and official matches. Will he ever reach 5*? If so, when?

0.5 stars of expericene is somewhere around 3300 snaps.
For reference, my starting QB had ~1600 snaps this season, so you can expect .5* of EXP every other season for starters.

Can adjustments be made to your playbook during a game?

No. All settings are locked 1 hour before kickoff.
