That is the next one of a rough idea: if the negotiation was "with bonus", the player should be...somehow better in that team

give him what he is asking for I'll be glad to give him what he ask for, he's a great player, but I don't win enough money for this. If he's that important, give him a little extra. I'm assuming it's one of your QBs. Not yet. A WR. But the QB will follow. Pete, I like the idea too but it's so complicated when you can barely made an addition without a calculator. |

What's everyone's general opinions on the wage rises and tax increase on transfers. It makes running a our teams more difficult to make money and would not be able to train high skilled players as we would be losing to much financially. I for one am seriously concerned.

Yeah...obviously, we'll all have to scale back on wages some.

But this effects everyone the same. It actually punishes the older teams with more experienced players a bit more. Young teams won't feel the weight as much. So I like this. Experience is worth a lot on the field, so really players always should have been getting paid more. I know I put a lot more value in experienced players. This is really just a correction to the contracting system.

But this effects everyone the same. Exactly i really like the change, should lead to less money in the game and gives us a bit more to think about and plan. I suppose it does hit the teams with more experienced players harder, there's one for anyone who says all changes on the game help the rich established teams |

If new money is tougher to generate, old money is worth more So the rich got richer Good thing that most of them does not use their wealth |

If new money is tougher to generate, old money is worth more So the rich got richer Good thing that most of them does not use their wealth The people who will care more about higher salaries in this case will be the ones who have a greater number of highly experienced players, logically this will generally be the better teams in the game? Sure, but this is for all the same, you pay more for the same quality or get less for the same money, so if you want to be able to get to the better teams, you will have to swallow that pill. Yes the better teams now will have to pay more, but any other team who wants to challenge the better teams will also have to pay more, so the better teams will not care about this change. The only real change is that money is now tougher to earn, so money in the bank is worth more. Last edited on 2017-03-30 08:56:04 by hollyhh2000 |

But at the same time I wouldn't like it if the tactic of spend big then re-build is removed, it's not my game plan but I like seeing lots of different strategies out there. |
