In regards of training players since they are young 19-21 Years old. What "Training" blocks would you use?? The objective will be have players with high A Skills distributed equally, so with this in mind, would you reach with all the A Skills 30, 35 or 37.5??
Thanks in advance! |

I think with pushing all YA-points in 1 player per season getting all A skills to 30 is realistic.
But whether this is clever is up to you. That player would reach 30 at age 20 and likely 40+ age 25 or 26 and then you have eventually 4+ season with that player maxed out on A-skills already, means he is in that time expensive. |

Can somebody explain for me the OL blocking?
When I play against a Bot team my starting OLs blocking: Center 0 good 0 missed Tackle 83 good 16 missed Tackle 81 good 18 missed Guard 91 good 8 missed Guard 87 good 13 missed But when I play against a non Bot team the same players block like that: Center 1 good 63 missed Tackle 8 good 82 missed Tackle 2 good 88 missed Guard 3 good 29 missed Guard 2 good 30 missed |

To get a higher success rate vs non-bot teams, you need to get better players. This will come with time. Also, don't think of OL blocking in absolutes. A missed block doesn't mean that the player was standing around doing nothing. There are various reasons why the block was returned missed. I think of blocking success as an indicator of total offensive health and an insight into why drives were sustained or not.

Does % of fitness training affect PC if you train agility? No! Maybe it´s called a little bad. The % of fitness training is the % between physical skills and techincal skills. If you train agility it´s the % of agility training. The PC will be hit by the matches and you need to train it to recover. The next confusing thing is that the "in match" and "global fitness" isn´t the same, but it´s depending to each other. |

Regarding to that, if a player has 88% of PC, does it recovers automatically during the trainings, like 3-5% or so? Or it only goes down until I train it again? |

To recover PC you have to train it in the Physical field during normal training session. If you don't do it, PC will decrease after each game the player plays. I made a mistake and bought a lot of new youngsters on a same day. Before the purchases I had one spot in my YA and I thought that one of the youngster would fill that spot and the others would transfer directly to my senior team. Instead all of them went to my YA and now I have 23 players on my YA and only 19 spots for them.
If I don't get rid of 4 players I will get a fine of 500k. I know that I probably need to fire (or promote) some of the youngsters, the question is how many. I have some of the youngsters on sale, their DL is today, and at least two of them will be sold. Will these sales be completed before the engine checks how many players I have in my YA? Do I need to fire (or promote) 4 or 2 youngsters? |
