From the manual :

"A coach with a half star of consistency can
perform up to 10% worse or better than what his CP is. "

Can it be inferred than that a 2.5 star AC can perform up to +-6% and a 5 star AC can perform up to +-1%? (approximately)

So is 0.5 star CON bad? Cos the AC might be performing at 110% at times...

Is consistency important when shopping for an AC? As I also read someone saying that all the fluctuations eventually average out to 0 in the long term.

Should I focus on AC with good EXP and CON, or can i relax a bit with the CON criteria?

Thanks

Exp does represent basically Long Term bonus and with Time it does rise, slowly.
Con does represent a spread in Performance, with low Con means a wider range of gain and loss compared to the middle value and high Con means a short range.
So it's ups to you whether you like it or not with a wide range.
Most Managers try to avoid a too low values Con.

I think it comes down to how many games you expect to win. If you think you will win a lot of your games, then consistency will help you maintain that target. If you think you are going to lose most of your games, then inconsistency might catch you a couple lucky breaks. Of course whoever you pickup you will want to grow, so think long term before you pick up a young inconsistent coach.

Xp is very important for coaches.
Con is some what important.
As the ups and down seems to avg out.
So just avoid low con. 2.5 and lower to keep the spread down.

One tip. 4star xp is where coaches perform at there level
