In another thread Pete just said "Some players will focus on the next game, other will have (hidden) doubts due losing a game before..." which I think is very true.

Not all players react the same way to a loss so this leads me to the following suggestion: Have individual Morale hit and bonuses.

So, if we currently think that when team A loses to team B the overall Morale of team A should decrease by 10%... My suggestion is to keep the overall Morale loss the same but to give different players different Morale hits. For example, player Y could lose 15% Morale but player Z could lose only 5% Morale.

This could either be random or based on each player's attributes/stats/INT/TW/EXP etc... (Pete could also keep the formula secret).

Thoughts?

I think this happens Meith, when I lost big team morale every player lost a different amount, though I think it was only 2 or 3 % in differences.

Good point, there are already very small differences, I guess my suggestion is to increase them then as they are currently pretty small, like you said it's only 2 or 3% max.

Done!

PS: you could never see any difference with such a change made...therefore just imagine I made that change. The result is pretty much the same

Adding more spikey RNG to essentially a "punishment" system ... sounds bad in general and more likely to get folks complaining? If it nails your top QB harder, but your 3rd string CB is fine ... based mostly on RNG, or another obscure formula, I see more whine threads being born.
