I am suggesting a link on the individual players screen to allow managers to renew a players contract from there also. May be easier in some cases and would not have to rely on always going to HR screen

Agreed. Would make it a lot more convenient to negotiate contracts from players' screen.

Just to clarify I was referring to the players profile screen. So maybe it would go down with "sell player" or "Cancel contract". Your thoughts?
