As I am processing to a Browns-like staff turnover, I am asking what is the consequence of having a coach with less experience that the one he is succeding to ?

I read the manual and all I got is "The HC has a direct influence on the game play as well. His knowledge about Football will influence the acting of the ACs, and if your HC is less consistent or less experienced, your ACs might act a little bit worse than expected"

Does anybody have more to say than this ?

Your AC wont forget about how to play football because of a Head Coach having less experience...

As written in my guide I think the calculations on ACs do have an upper limit by the calculated CP points of the HC.

What does that mean?

Assuming you have a HC of CP 70 and some ACs at CP 70, for each situation needed, like training, gameday and so on, the real calculated CP of each AC is used, based on the formular in the manual.
So high exp does give a bonus, low exp a minus, high con gives a small window of variation, low con a high one.
But over all that calculation does lay the limit AC CP can not be higher than the HC CP.
Now I think that the HC real CP is similar calculated on each situation as the ACs real CP and if that HC real CP is like 69 on that situation, all ACs CP can only be max 69 on that event. If the HC real CP is calculated to be 73, also the ACs CP can get up to 73.

That's just a theory, but it would make sense.
