So the O line doesn't look as bad a everyone feared, we've got a real TE again and the WR core has a high ceiling. Rodgers is still the best QB (yeah -G.O.A.T-, FootballOutsiders.com agree with me!) so all and all we are in for another trip to the play offs.

I do feel like the real window to the SB was two years ago and it's getting harder and harder as the seasons go on but there is still a chance. But the NFC is a hard place to get out of nowadays.

Still with Rodgers as QB you always have a chance (cliche I know but true).

You're right having Bennett alone is great for the Packers, Kendricks and R Rodgers make that a really fun group.
I'm really interested to see the running backs, Montgomery having an offseason at RB is great and i'm hearing good things about the new guys (obviously they're not going to be saying bad things though!). Compare that to last year where Lacy was injured (sad to see him go though) and i wasn't impressed with Michael (who's injured now).
I'm also feeling positive about the secondary, strengthened through the draft, the others corners have an extra year of experience and Clinton-Dix just keeps getting better!
Just gotta keep our fingers crossed against injuries, all the rest often doesn't matter once injuries kick in. I still like the thought of a Packers Raiders Super Bowl, a lot of my friends are Raiders so it would be carnage

Don't know why but already since draft days I think TT blew one pick (all other picks were top BPA's as needed imo) and missed the opportunity to grab Samajie Perine in 4th rd. Just do your own research, but look how he breaks tackles awesome ... and his speed, a smart guy and a great and real runner, surely one of the top NFL rookies 2017! Nevertheless, hope Vince will make it and surprises all doubters ... and me

If so, which 1 (!) do you think TT missed with 1st pick in rd 4?

I am definitely NOT an expert on american football but watch a highlights reel but does he not look like Ty Montgomery but Ty would arguably have better ball catching skills.

And re draft, I am in way over my head on that so I leave that to more knowledgeable people to answer that one.

I liked Dorian Johnson, guard who Cardinals grabbed, especially with the o-line guys that left. Thompson seems to like drafting college tackles to play guard though so i did figure it was unlikely they'd go for him.

Expert? me either, following football since half a year now. I'm with you re draft is somewhat ... for real "experts". Thank god aehm pete, that we can prove our horrific draft skills in a few weeks again. So let's say it's a talk about players

RB class in GB is definitly interesting : Having Ty who switched from WR to RB and did it well. And #2 RB is free for one of the rooks Williams , Jones , Mays ... or even Stanback ... preseason will be fun to watch.

Dorian Jonson, hmm havent had him on the screen yet, seems to have good hands, quick feet and power, nice 4th rd pick.

I think the whole Eddie Lacy debacle will only confirm TT further in his reluctance to commit high picks to RBs. I think they'll probably be OK there, it's more a question of who emerges from last year's rookies on defense. Their depth in pass rushers has evaporated, Lowry and Fackrell really need to step up. And the CBs...
