Wow.
Just had a look at my game against the Devils. As I only saw the last 5-10 min. live, and the result 23-55, I thought we had dominated the game. We didnt. They did. 4 pick-6´s (78, 100, 34 and 93 yards), 4 pass TDs (33, 50, 17 and 77 yards) and the total yards 585-317 to the devils, shows ive been incredibly lucky. I think i need the same from my D and passing game and a bit more from my running game against the hunters. |

Draftclass is the least of my worries right now (but you are correct, it is very weak).
Congrats to Fummer on making the Bowl. For the second playoff game in a row I didn't kick a FG within the last 30 seconds of the first half - it worked against Vienna with a TD on the last play, less so this week when we ran out of time on Padborg's 21-yard line. The Borderliners pass rush (7 sacks) stymied our passing game for the first time all season, but the killer play was an INT on their 1-yard line with just over two minutes left, when we trailed 10-17. That earlier FG and a better play and we might have won. The INT came on a play to my top WR against a CB he outclasses everywhere but Intelligence, which was obviously the deciding factor. Can't complain though, better team won. Oh, and I did consider using MOTY for this game but decided against it (I don't usually try it at all), kinda wish I had now! Dont know about the better team, but sure glad the 1 turnover in the game was in my favour. Coaches karma and all, I thought it was about time my DBs made a pick from that SG4 formation, but proud they didnt give up any big plays all game. |
