Having looked up at the top teams we are now turning our gaze downwards.
Well, for Istanbul Sultans you still need to look up as they are unbeaten! This shows again that teams coming up can compete straightaway if properly prepared. Of course the schedule has been kind to the Sultans but you still need to win. This is something that PGI experienced first hand when they were soundly beaten by a team many expected they would beat easily. These are the kind of games teams like this need to win to have any chance of staying up. And this one is another chance for PGI to start cementing their place in Thunder 1.1. Another interesting detail is that these teams have played each other four times with PGI winning all match-ups. Now the Sultans are 2-0 and PGI are 0-2. Will this be time the Sultans will finally beat PGI or will PGI rally and continue their dominance in this match-up. What do you think?!? |

We sped down to the Sultans facility and we were met by aydin.guclu who was very happy to answer our questions:
Question 1. Welcome back in Thunder 1.1. You've been here once before but got relegated in your first season. You had a perfect start so far. What are you hopes for this season? My hope is being 2nd in the division Question 2. You have never beaten PGI in four games. Does that stat worry you and will you address with the players before the game? My team better than last seasons. I will not adress any player , i trust my defence. Question 3. What do you think will be the deciding factor in this game? I belive that it will be close game so turnovers will affect the result. Question 4. Related to question 1 but focusing more on the long term, give me the state of your team and what you project it to be over the coming 5 seasons. I am focusing young players. My plan in 5 season is fighting for conferance championship Question 5. What was your best buy on the Transfer Market ever? Voreqe Alatasi(qb) Question 6. What NFL team do you support in real life and why? Saints because of Drew Brees |
