Shocking week with wins from the Giants and the Chargers
Not to mention the Steelers who seem to own the Chiefs like -G.O.A.T- owns Mike Mitchell
Retirement at the end of the season for Ben though. Bell is the key player for this offense, Brown turns Ben's garbage passes into TD, otherwise...

Losing Haloti Ngata for the season is a massive blow to a D Line that is showing some promise for the future. Rollercoaster ride from one play to the next now on defense, either really good or really bad. Need the O Line to protect Matt Stafford and create holes for the running game or else the defense will be gassed in the 4th quarter just when the offense seems to come alive.

A few interesting trades.

Dareus to the Jafs for a low pick seems like a steal. Thats going to make a very good defence even better and shore up the run D for a low round pick.

Wilson will love the signing of Brown who replaces the worst LT in football (PFF ratings not mine). Texans will benefit from their haul in the long run give Brown was a gonna this offseason.

Niners giving up a second for Garappolo. Obviously if hes the real dealits a bargain. He will have Shanahan to help him. I am not yet convinced he is the real deal though, should get some good trade value for that top 2 pick though in this draft.

If Garappolo is all he is said to be and the Niners trade out of that top 2 pick for a bevy of future high picks then Lynch will be annointed as a genius. If he stinks and the Niners miss out on a legit Franchise QB because of it hes gonna start to look over that shoulder in a year or two.

Dareus had character concerns for years, let's hope an old coach an Mr. Coughlin will hand him well.

Nice one for the 'Hawks.

QBs are always tough to evaluate, based on their former supporting casts, schemes and coaching effectiveness and new ones.

Ask Brock "72M" Osweiler, RG "ROY" III, Nick "Whaat?" Foles or Sam "RamsSuck" Bradford...

Benjamin to Bills for a third and a lower round. Gives the Bills a boost with a big bodied target. I like this for them. He is an injury worry though. Newton will miss him.

Ajayi to Eagles for a fourth. Like this for the Eagles gives a very good team with a high performing offence another weapon.

For me the Garropolo trade is absolute genius from the niners:

-The pats had really no choice as he was gonna walk at the end of the season as they didn't want to pay him market value
-A second round pick if you get your franchise QB is nothing
-If Jimmy G doesn't play up until the end of the season, you don't pay him and you "only spent" a 2nd rounder for it. Plus you still have a top pick to get one of the young stars in the draft
-You have Kyle Shanahan who's great at developing QBs and we saw that a young offensive minded coach with a developing QB helps (McVay-Goff, Peterson-Wentz)
-He has nice weapons with Garçon that is probably one of the best possession receivers of this era, and some young pieces (Kittle, Goodwin) to already show what he can be next year

The other trades are not that important, in the sense that a QB is anyway the key element to almost any football team (except the Jags), but Duane Brown to the Seahawks can really put them over the edge.

And again nothing from the browns, when another good young QB moves. That must be getting frustrating for their poor fans

Not sure, Newton was MVP and went to the SB in 2015

When it comes to big bodied target, Olsen more than makes the job, and have been reliable without many injuries until now.

Bills already had injury bug at WR with Watkins, but 2 they aren't the same type of WR. Idk what to think of Charles Clay.

Looks like a win-win to me.
