And maybe our QB2 will be astonishing and lead our team to the PO... yeah maybe this will be a positive and the backup ends up outperforming tbe incumbent...... Well, if they can actually get an NFL O-line on the field, he might have a chance to show something. He has a chance to shop himself for the rest of the season, get himself his next job. (Packers can't hope to keep him in any case.) |

Next Sunday we'll see a another GB, offensive- as well as defensively ... but especially in the stands. Time to give back audible for getting football magic over the past years. Pretty sure they will run the show. |

Making sure Nelson and Adams get involved! I am no expert but to me it seemed there never was an easy short pass available to Hundley. I'll get more insight once coaches film becomes available.
Other times he waited to long or didn't trust himself to throw it like when Nelson and / or Adams were 1 on 1 with their defender. |

I think these tackles like Barr made and the one on Jay Cutler this week, the way the defensive players drive these QB into the turf is BS. Tell me they aren't trying to injury them?
The NFL wants to protect the QB? What I think they should do is have a committee of ex players to judge them and suspend the those guilty players for the same amount of time the injured player is out. Who wants to go see a game with two backup QBs playing? |

Who wants to go see a game with two backup QBs playing? Its a fine line because you do not want to destroy the essential spirit of the game. Football isnt a contact sport its a collision sport. Football has constantly evolved to make the game safer even though its protagonists are getting ever bigger and stronger. Last edited on 2017-10-23 16:49:09 by oakbark |

Former players already think the game is too soft. There's nothing wrong with those tackles. Once you hit the strike zone and wrap-up, you're supposed to continue to drive with your legs to complete the tackle to the ground. When done correctly, the offensive player will lose the physics battle. Both Rodgers and Cutler were tackled by bigger players. I think the differences in player mass contributed more to their injuries than the actual tackles. It hurts and you can be hurt when big people fall on you.
