We already have a transfer market agent, this suggestion is for a similar coaches market agent.
This would be an agent that searches the coaches market for coaches with specified criteria. Type of coaches, rating of coaches, experience and consistency could all be included in search parameters. Similar to the transfer market agent we could be notified by mail of coaches that match criteria as they appear on the market. This would save managers time searching for coaches manually.  |
