This weekend I was testing some stuff, and one of this was texttospeech. I found it quite amazing, and started doing a video. The video explains the Manager license of RZA, and is visible on top of the Manager license page.
Now, is this useful? I guess so. More important: when you were new to RZA, what was the topic you would have liked to have a video explanation for? |

Nice video.
I'm in youth development and I found it very challenging at the beginning to understand the system of the youth academy and the draft. Maybe some more think similar. Sorry forgot one think "!!!the off-season!!!". It would be good to have a video explanation why it is so important to plan for the off-season from the first day of the new season. I've been playing for so long now that it's hard to remember what it felt like not knowing anything about RZA but I would agree with Oakbark, financial management is a very important part of the game and it's actually quite easy to manage soundly if and only if you understand how it works. Many rookies seem to go into financial trouble so maybe a video would help them?
