I'm not into it yet, please, can someone explain in simple words what the "Power Mode" is? It is said that the players skill set is same for everyone. So, to win it comes down to the Playbook only, right? Thx and good luck

Not exactly. Player skills are the same but things like intelligence, teamwork, experience, morale and physical condition are different for each player. |
