I noticed you are throwing many long passes (25 yards). Those passes have a huge interception rate. Remove them and let in your PB "Pass" instead of "Pass Deep" or "Pass Medium". By keeping "Pass", the distance will be adapted automaticly and your interceptions number will drop immediatly.

My corners interceptions followed catching.
44 catch .. 13 int 37 catch .. 11 int 31 catch ... 9 int. 99 percent sub so should be evenly matched competition wise. Very small sample though and intelligence wise followed same pattern. 50, 48, 41 in same order. |

Never seen an interception by a safety in a proper game so regard it useless for a safety and have footwork as the next skill behind tackling, vision, pos, agility. For linebackers and corners, I train catching after the big 4 and before footwork (partly because their ACs train it) |

As per my other post, all my corners have 30+ catching and one of them had 44 catching. We were second in Admirals 1.1 for Interceptions Can't be arsed scouting Mascots who were top interceptors. Its probably a reasonable factor. |

I suspect with a team rating of 85 your CB have more than Catching going for them
Out of curiosity I checked out the Mascots' pick leaders. They had Catching skills ranging from 6 - 14. Not one higher than that. I'm sure its a factor. I was just commenting on Long Reach / Catching combo doesn't create pick monsters. At least not in my experience (unfortunately  ).Last edited on 2017-11-18 15:04:05 by Rock777 |
