I'm just wondering would opening my HR Department be useful for helping me avoid debt? I'm intending to keep my players at least in the long term, most of them. Especially my recent draftees, my first I feel is pretty good.

Most likely, yes. But, read up on training, contracts etc. first.
If you train wrong, youll get expensive players not worth their salaries. The same will happen if you mess up a contract (add too many 0s) or you will lose the player if you fail to get him signed. Also know who to franchise and when to do contracts. |
