Well, as far as I know, QB are protected from rushers by blockers, and trying to throw to receivers covered by CBs/LBs/SFs so you have to take ALL of that into account of your passing game (QB stats) success.

Seniority Advantages are absolutely real. Its the way the game is designed. Just ask Pete if a 1st year team should be able to beat a veteran team. Doesn't mean there aren't plenty of catchup mechanisms (Salary inflation, draft picks, etc.).

Those two examples are exceptions. Wilmersdorf Wadenbeisser showed he is one of the best managers since the game exists. It takes this kind of manager to win the Elite Bowl that quickly. Thomas case is different as he's never been able to compete in Elite. He was just in a less competitve 1.1 league.

This is a fact that seniority in this game is an advantage, but that does not mean new teams can not perform quickly. Also once a team plays the game for more than 6-8 seasons, the gap is way smaller with teams playing it since day 1.

This is the case in most of the online sim games anyway.

Drop it Pete, we all know you do not crush us on purpose as you are the only one knowing the maths behind the game.

That's definitely true. When I first started playing the game I scouted Pete's team to see what skills were most valuable for each position. But I'm pretty sure Pete intentionally ignores some skills at different positions specifically so people can't do that Course that also means his team is less than optimal.

I did the same thing and came to the same conclusion, this conversation could save a lot of managers some money!
