OK....(this is me thinking out loud)....
so I have the division locked up unless the Vikings manage to beat me by 122 points or more.....I think I'm safe. That would make me #3 seed, assuming I beat Lakefield and Adventurers beat vamosahi and don't manage around a 60 point swing, but that would potentially drop the Vikings to #6 and mean I face them in the wildcard - and then have to face the AS Wolves should I win that game. Uurgh. BUT...with a strategic loss, I could drop to the #4 seed, face the Dog Soldiers in the wildcard round and then (most likely, and with a win) go to the Taints instead of the Wolves....arguably preferable. If I end up going to the Wolves as the Vikings beat the Adventurers, ive lost nothing anyway. Anyone see any holes with this logic, over and above what will be will be? |

I think this is wrong  , if you are #4 you'll play #5(LV) not #6(DDS), so you will have to play LV or GT(Probably) in the PO's either way...
Beat the best so you can claim you are the best is the only strategy  |

Youre right insofar as #4 plays #5, which with a loss in my last game would mean the Vikings would be #5.....and with a win over them id stay at #3 and they would probably drop to #6 as the Doggies will almost certainly win their last game, so it seems likely I will play my divisional rival in the wildcard game no matter what.
