physicals should raise the salary of the player much, much more if max physical stats are the sole requirement to make "diceroll" decisions without teamwork or intelligence playing a factor and newly spawned players should NOT have capped physicals or physicals nowhere NEAR the max cap (50 STR fresh 20 yr old 3*talent when it took my 30 year old several seasons to get there and he may not even get to the cap even at MAX talent?? how is that even remotely fair?), it completely erases the point of training when you can just grab young max stat players from bot teams on the Transfer Market and then force "dicerolls" and "tossups" on better teams who don't have maxed stat players but higher skilled, more talented and intelligent players with more experience. physicals should be applied to talent just like the rest of these stats are, it makes no sense.

oh yeah, and experience needs a rework too, it is so underwhelming in this game that it's not even a stat, it literally does not factor in at all when it comes to these "dicerolls". and talent should be a determining factor in these "rolls" as well. i should not be seeing less talented players constantly beat more talented players because their physicals are the same.

Experience is fairly big factor in the game play and so has an effect on salary. A couple of seasons ago i remember people complaining it was too much of a factor!

I also think there should be made some rework in the balance, but not at XP.
On one hand I like the thought of a restart as "RZA2.0" on the other hand I've got my team to a point to get up to admirals1.1. I'm using a much slower gamestyle than others so it would get me another 10 seasons to come back to this point.

A rework or rebalancing is a lot of workload and I don't know if it's worth in comparison to a total restart. The easiest way to adress this problem is to make two small changes.
1) Level down the current skills of the draft and youth player. Not too much just by about 10-15%.
2)Rework the salary system a second time. All skills physicals, TW, Int, non-physicals and XP should be factors for the salary.
Maybe something like that.
Salary=((XP*"Highest physical"*(("Highest non-physical"+"lowest non-physical")/2)-tw)*int+"former contract")/2

The key change I'd like to see in terms of player reworking is for the talent rating to represent an average of the stat maximums, not a flat cap across all trainable skill. This would add a lot more variety in terms of player ability - plus it would give talent a lot more value than it has nowadays!

For the record: restarting with RZA2 is no option for me at the moment. If I ever do, then with a different name and layout...much more I would like to how the last improvements work out. Right today I was adding a more trackable formation balancing matrix, see the news for more info
