My old team gets a shout out

I'm preparing the next HOF-Profiles now, after some seasons off.

Remember the rules:

Basic rules for being eligible:
- A team had to be part of the 1.1 for at least 4 seasons.
- A team was not part of a HOF selection vote for the last season and the season before.
- A teams first 1.1 season has to be at least 7 seasons in the past.
- A team was not voted last place in its second or later run being eligible and part of the bracket
- A team was not voted second to last place in its second or later run being eligible and part of the bracket having more or equal 8 teams.

Basic rules for selection:
- A team with 4 seasons must get a TOP 3 vote in the summary to be in.
- All other teams do need at least a TOP 4 vote in the summery to be in.
- In a voting bracket a minimum of 2 eligible teams and a maximum of 10 eligible teams can be member of that bracket.
- Of all still playing teams in a bracket, only the highest voted team inside the still playing teams being at least TOP4 or better will be selected.
- A still playing team being not the highest voted team inside the still playing teams being at least TOP4 or better will go back into the pool of eligable teams and not selected. The spot of that team will be left empty, so 1 team less gets into HOF that season.
- If fewer teams are in a bracket, fewer teams than the TOP 4 will be selected.
10 teams in the bracket -> 4 teams for HOF
9 to 8 teams in the bracket -> 3 teams for HOF
7 to 6 teams in the bracket -> 2 teams for HOF
5 to 2 teams in the bracket -> 1 team for HOF
- teams which do not get the needed votes for the HOF will get back into the pool of eligible teams and will get another chance in the 3. selection process after the last one, where they failed.
- teams which got voted last on their second run or later being eligible and part of the bracket do not get back into the pool of eligible teams.
- teams which got voted second to last on their second run or later being eligible and part of the bracket having more or equal 8 teams do not get back into the pool of eligible teams.

Basic rules for voting:
- teams have to be voted with 20 points or less
- the highest voted teams get 20, the lowest votes team gets two time the points as teams are in the bracket plus one minus the voted place. ((#teams on bracket +1 - #place)*2)
- every managers is eligible to vote
- every team has to get points
- voting process as to run at least 2 weeks (real life weeks)

I did rework the team list and updated it.
I'm always trying to honor BOT-teams and live teams based on their appearance, with BOT teams when they become BOT and eligable, with live teams, when they joined the 1.1.

To get the process started again I did mix the list up.
Some teams do return for their next try and are already very long in the pool (Gliwice Lions, Drunken Sailors Borshow, Porto Slackers, Harrisburg Fire), some I have new as BOT teams (Trico Pioneers, Medway Marauders, Louisville Left Sharks/Louisville Sharks), and 1 live teams is also new (Spaceballs).

If one of the recurring teams gets voted last or second to last, it will be taken out of the pool.
There is only 1 live team in the votes this season, so if that team gets TOP 3 vote it will go into HOF.

The teams of Harrisburg Fire would need each a TOP3 vote to get into the HOF, because they had only 4 seasons in the 1.1., but since only the TOP3 will be taken anyway, this is not important.

I would say we give again 3 weeks of voting period, means, votes are open until 24.06.2018
Remember, the votes start with the best team at 20 points and gets down to 6 for the last place this time.

Summery
The team started mid-season of season 3 in league 2.2 and had a terrific start.
It won the division, went into the playoffs and won the league.
From that point on it went down.
The team was able to get into the playoffs in season 6, but left in the 1st round.
They had to go down to level 2 into the 2.2 again after a lost relegation game in season 9.
In season 10 the won the division, but lost in the conference title game.
A won relegation game brought them back to the 1.1 where they stayed until the team went BOT after season 15.

Why in the HOF?
The main argument for a HOF spot can only be stamina. The team went down and up and stayed for 13 seasons.
They were never that successful, but did play from season to season against much better team, and did only quit after their 2nd rework of the roster.

Why not in the HOF?
They looked like they never got the feeling for the game.
Every season other teams came in and became better teams than Borshow ever was.
In all the season, the team never did reach the Supercup playoffs once and only the 1.1 playoffs one time.

Summery
The team started with the first gameday of season 5 in the 2.1 and did win the division right from the start, lost in the first round and avoided a BOT flush.
In season 6 they played the whole season unbeaten and went into the playoffs as division champs and won the bowl.
So they reached 1.1 in season 7 and were quite successful from the start already there, but failed to win the division once during their career.
They went to the playoffs almost every season, but most of the time they dropped out in the 1st or 2nd round.
The team went BOT after gameday 14 in season 14.

Why in the HOF?
Even if the team was not that successful over their career, they were a constant challenger and had some teams for sure afraid of the matches against them.
For 10 seasons were the Lions be a part of the Monarchs region and did manage to field a competitive team over the seasons.

Why not in the HOF?
The Lions never made it into the top level of teams playing for a championship.
They stayed on the 2nd tier level over their whole career and left without a meaningful title.

Summery
The team started under the name "Reneades 4 LIFE" in season 4 around gameday 5 of the season in 2.1.
They avoided the BOT flush and did win their division and conference to reach 1.1 the 1st time in season 6.
They went to the 2.2 for season 7 after a lost relegation game, won their division, won a relegation game and went back to 1.1 for season 7, where they stayed until they did fall BOT during season 15.
Unfortunate for the team did they land twice in a quite tough division with 2 very long playing managers, which left them often at 3rd place or worse.
In all the season in 1.1, they never made it to the playoffs, sometime a bit unlucky regarding wins and losses.

Why in the HOF?
The team did play for 12 seasons and did not let roster rotations and a tough division demotivate them.
They played hard and fair and score some upsets.
After season 14 the team had to be renewed, again, but this time did the manager let the team fall BOT after a few gamedays in season 15.

Why not in the HOF?
Take aside the long playing time, the manager did not accomplish much.
The team did reach the Supercup playoffs only once, the CoC also only once and the playoffs in 1.1 not a single time.

Summery
The Harrisburg Fire started durig season 10 in the 3.1 league and did win their division in that season, but lost in the conference title game.
The BOT flush did bring them into league 2.1 where they stayed for 4 season until they were able to win the league and did get a promotion that way.
During that time did they win always their division and went deep into the playoffs.
Once in the 1.1 they did win their division again on the first try, but lost this time at first round in the playoffs.
The did reproduce that season a year later, only to fail to win the division in year 3 and 4.
With year 4 in the 1.1 did the team fell BOT before the last game of the regular season and was gone.

Why in the HOF?
The team did not make a huge splash in the league, but did build slowly and waited until they were ready.
Their first few seasons were as good as anyone can hope to be in such a situation.
They were just 4 seasons in the league, but their win record is very good for that time period.

Why not in the HOF?
Overall did the team not really make a huge impact on the league or the region.
They did play several seasons in the 2.1 and did then get an easy division to play with in the 1.1 only to lose in the playoffs regularly.

The Pioneers started in Dragons region in season 16 and were shifted to region Monarchs for season 18, when level 3 was closed down and the teams had to be spread out to fit all in level 2.
They won the conference that season and came to 1.1 for season 19 and stayed there until they went BOT at the end of season 25.
The team needed 5 seasons in 1.1 to enter the playoffs and made it to the playoffs the next few seasons.
The Pioneers also won their division in season 24.

Why in the HOF?
The Pioneers did build up, slowly but steady until the owner did likely quit.
They were close to become regular contenter and did spend 10 season within the game, with some success.

Summery
The Sharks started as Left Sharks and stayed 1 season in 2.2.
They lost the Conference Championship game and also the relegation, but went to 1.1 via BOT flush.
There they did rise fast to become a contender, making the playoffs in ever season from 21 onwards until they went to Elite in season 25, after winning the 1.1 league championship in 24.
In Elite they had a very rough season, relegated and then went BOT shortly after the season started.

Why in the HOF?
They won the League in season 24, just in their 5th season in 1.1
Their record is a bit tainted by their bad Elite season and that BOT season, prior to this they had a record of almost 70% and were on the path to win 13+ games in 1.1 regularly.
Not bad for a new team in a tough environment.

Why not in the HOF?
They had basically no success in inter-regional competitions and went away when the real management part of the game started.

Summery
The Spaceballs did start in season 18 in 2.2 and seemed to have some problems in the first few seasons.
They went to 1.1 for 19 only to fall back to level 2 for season 20.
They did this several time during their career and spend that way 5 seasons on level 2 and only since a few seasons, since season 27, they established themselve in the 1.1.
Still active they seem to become a contender now.

Why in the HOF?
They are part of RZA since 12+ seasons and so far no sign for stopping the train.
The team did win not much so far, but did fight themselve through their growing period and even this looks odd on first sight, you never know what the manager did plan or if he did.
It looks like the teams come now together and hopefully stays for more seasons to come.

Why not in the HOF?
Their success was limited so far in regional terms as in inter-regional terms.
