Congratulation! Grandpa ... Best you can get. Annoing the parents, spoiling the kids and then leave to the quite home.
Also great are trips to dirty places, letting the kid play and then give the dirty kid back, which had the fun of his live. 
Ideas for later are chemical experiment boxes with lots of smelly products in it, a 'kugelbahn' which has to be build out of a 100 bricks or elements which can be rebuild every time and which of cause HAS to stay in the living room once it is build up. Legos is great, also. And of cause that ONE great movie, radio play or song, which has to be played 100000000 times. |

Baking cookies and cakes with the kid in the parents kitchen is also a very good way to annoy them.
