Most NFL has an extreme diet plan to be able to keep those pounds on but if you have a bad diet plan you'll look like eddy lacey. just a suggestion but a food facility where you the manager choose what they prefer to eat. Or in staff have a nutritionist that tells the players what to do for eating the higher the level the higher the likelihood of someone getting injured. If you have a bad diet while playing a sport you have a higher chance of getting. Also, have the option to give players junk food to gain more energy for players. Also, Dietary plan for the youth academy so when we transfer players they have better physical conditioning.
