For QB his is not really smart according to my scout report.
Before you decide his position, train his speed and strength to the cap, since only then you can see, whether he is worth keeping anyway. Could cao at 35/35 and that you don't want to keep anyway, could cap at 40/49 and you have a strong guy for whatever you need or he caps at 46/44 and you have a quite strong and fast guy for whatever you need. He has quite low teamwork, but with the faster training this is no longer that problematic. Did you reed my guide, it explains a lot of those stuff. |

Backing up what Jack6 said, he isn't Intelligent enough to play as a QB.
Focus on training his Speed and Strength up to their caps, only then should you decide if he is worth keeping, and if so, where he should play. His trait helps him as a RB, but he'll also need good speed (at least 45, preferably higher) and decent strength (40+) to be very effective in that position. |
