My YA player was at 34.5 Strength. I gave him 64 XTP's and he wend to 35.2. So I'm guessing if you had a player at 34.9, you could assign all points to that skill and get him well over 36 points using XTP's.

Not really a bug, just wanted to point it out...

That is correct, well know, and OK for me aka wanted behavior. Thanks for the report though.
