Hey guys and gals,
I waned your opinion which coach is better to have in your opinion. So I am not looking on your opinion of what I should so but which one would you choose and why: 51yr - 87 - 3 & 4 star very high skill, decent exp and consistency OR 41yr old - 76 - 3.5 & 4.5 star very young, can last a long time, decent skill, decent exp and top notch consistency and cheap compared to the above coach. Finally, you might see that I bid on the first one already. If I wanted to have the second one is there time enough for the first to join and get fired and place a bid on the second one? Coach 1 deadline: 2019-03-27 12:26:44 Coach 2 deadline: 2019-03-28 02:59:04 If I cannot fire coach 1 and hire coach 2 then the first question becomes theoretical. |

1) The question is in general, whether you like to have an AC or more in the 80s or not, since the HCs points are the upper limit of all ACs.
So if you would s e l e c t the first one, you can hire at least 1 AC with max the same points, 87, or you hire the second, and his 76 points are the max limit. That brings almost certainly the question how many coaches/positions you like to support. Both coaches are good from my point of view and a 9+ seasons outlook for the first one is still a long period. It's more likely you will change your coaches setup in that time for whatever reason than you do run into his retirement. I think my guide does describe that quite good. 2) I don't know when the coaches are send to your staff, but it could be that the time is not enough to get a coach whos bidding runs out at roughly 3 server time. If the coaches transfer runs also under the job 'transfer calculation' then there is a time window of about 2 hours. |

Manuel : "the coach is transferred overnight to the highest bidding team." Process monitor : "Transfer calculation___2019-03-26 01:02:34___2019-03-27 01:02:34" My coach out and in : 2019-02-23 01:00:05 - Coach Richard Stubblefield joined your team 2019-02-23 01:00:05 - Coach Trevin Cibulka was fired since you hired another coach to replace him |

If YOU FIRE him this is instant. If you REPLACE him, it happens at transfer calculation

As I am rebuilding my team from the ground up using Academy and draft alone the high CP coach is actually better for me.
Thanks for your answers. It did help in making a decision! |

I would still consider a younger one. Exp is like free AC points (the coach costs a little bit more, so it is not completely free) I have all my AC in the early 40-ies at 4.5* Exp so I will get approx 15 seasons of 5 * Exp Bonus. That is why I always go for young coaches and just reluctantly change coaches. |
