so I try to build my stadium bigger but I won't let me. I use the 100-10-1 ratio. What's the big deal?

You can only build the sidelines to 40,000-4000-400 and the ends to 25,000-2500-250.
When you add you cannot build more than 10% of regular for the Executive and more than 10% of Executive for the VIP and you can't construct less than 100-10-1 at a time unless it will be the final build.
