In my Media Centre Weekly return does the % mean that I get that % above what I put in?

nope, it is the % of your initial investment so far. it will go up each game week.

No it means the % of return of what you have put in at the moment.
example
Put 50.000.000
Weekly: 2,750,000
Total: 13,750,000
27.5 %

So 13,750,000/50.000.000*100 = 27.5%
