well done for getting back in the black and good luck to the rest doing the same.

this is a big part of the game and i like it, even if it has meant ive had to let some of my favoured players go i dont underestimate how frustrating it must be going though these financial troubles though.

Sorry, out of money I had big problems to stay in black numbers - around 15 players left team with no contract because of it. I pledged possible maximum 15M.

It is an impact of almost not playing for many seasons and it is probable my team will be bot in the near future

I hope you stay, you have been here a long time.

Errr, I think you're totally missing the point here :-

(1) Cookiemonster's team has had a weekly wage bill of approx $10 Mill for at least the past 2 seasons, if not more. That figure is totally unsustainable .So, there's no easy way to say it but .... he was always going to go bankrupt, it was never a question of 'if', it was just a question of 'when'.

(2) The concept of a financial 'trap' is , more or less, a fallacy.
In the distant past, a few managers abused the "don't go into the red" rule by running their finances close to the edge and occasionally living off credit. To prevent this loophole, Pete added the current rules.

Everyone gets warned several times before the penalties start to be applied. Plus ... the penalties are applied progressively (cutting players etc) in order to reduce the manager's costs (i.e. to actually help reduce the debt). But it seems that some Managers seem to think there should still be a "get out of jail free" card. In real life, you'd have to face the financial consequences of your actions, so why not in RZA ??

No gentlemen, this was just the result of building real life on my new house since Feb. this year.
I barely took care of the game and dint invest to much time on contracts etc.
I had like 500 mil plus and thought I get along with it.
So here I am starting all over.
No point for me to quit!
If that means that I have to play another 2 seasons in D2 to renew....all good.
I even tryed for about 8 Weeks to sell 20 starters with awesome stats and traits to solve the problem, noone was interested to buy them and did cut them to late.

So ... the team invested $50M , and $46.75M was returned so far.
Seems like nobody made a dime yet.

Need another few payments (at $2.125M per u p d a t e ) to finally hit profit
