Both Texans and Bears failed to qualify for their own RZA nation, due to bad American Football execution.

I think the International RZA Committee should ban any flag that is not a national flag.
The worst case is the one showing support to a political organization such as the E.U  Source: https://rzcdn.org/football/images/flags/europe.gif Teams registered with this flag should be relegated to div3. |

Being a proud citizen of the European Union, enjoying all the advantages this EU brings with it, and working on improving those parts that are not OK, I see no reason to ban this particular flag.
