Although no Dragon Team has ever won the Elite title, I think that Dragons is the most powerful division in the RZA history.
Many good teams prevent a great dominant team from emerging? Perhaps. Congrats LuLuba!!

It all depends what you want the figures to say. But if you look at Meitheisman statistics, Dragons Region played and won the least Elite playoff games of all regions.
On regular season games, the region ranks 6 out of 8 in wins. Since the beginning of Elite, Galaxy seems to be the best region as they rank first in number of PO games, PO wins, and regular season wins. The region is also second in number of Bowl wins with two teams while Fire is first but provided only one super champ (WW). Recently, Seadevils region showed a great average level by posting the most wins of the league and qulifying 3 teams in the playoffs in back-to-back seasons. However there is currently no established Tier 1 team able to win the league unlike other regions. Maybe the Runners will become one if they win the CoC on Friday and if they can keep the same pace next season. Another very strong region currently is Admirals. Between the Kids, the Wolves, the Magpies and the Mascots, there are 4 teams very capable to win a major trophy and to compete with the Tier 1 teams (Helsinki, Pirates, WW, SDB).
