Trying to figure out why some teams do well in Power Mode and other don't. What do you think the biggest factors are?
1. Playbook 2. Special Traits 3. Experience and/or Coaching (Does this varying in Power Mode) 4. Random Have I forgot something? Not sure about experience and coaching - - is that normalized in Power Mode? Steve SD Blitz |

Likely a mix of many things.
Very good teams in normal mode are cut to 40, so their players are worse than usually. For other teams the power mode does raise their players skills. Not sure TW gets also set to 40, then maybe that also does shift some calculations. |

Dos this mean all players are of equal skills for this ? So only the game settings and playbook makes the difference ?

Not quite, we're not sure if things like EXP/INT/TW are included in the equalizing or not, physicals might not be either. Sorry that's not very helpful but I remember having this discussion before and coming out of it a bit confused  |
