I like the idea of increased in-game injuries (but not those that last more than a game) as this would mean that players would need to keep a deeper squad on their depth chart

Injuries are a bit too random for my liking, I would prefer a difficulty that managers can plan for like increased salaries, increased PC losses between games, reduced revenues etc...
