Is it generally a good idea to max out my players agility? Once I've finished with red capping my players Strength and Speed? Or will that cause possible salary issues? If I shouldn't necessarily max out my players Agility, what would be an appropriate amount or skill level for a team with only 2 or 3 seasons under its belt? Thanks.

Usually it's common to have agility on the same level as the main skills.
Example: you want for wage reasons to have a max of 40 in main sills, like foo, tac and vis for dl, you also want 40 at agi to have an average of 40 for all the wage relevant skills. But with the wages dependend now since several seasons on the highest 2 skills, you might train 1 skill higher than the 2nd skill, since in average you get still an affordable player. Example: your kicker has kic at 50 and has agi at 40. in average he has now 45 and cost still a lot, but far less than the 50 would cost. Regarding initial limit, i would say after 3 seasons you should be getting tons of money, since stadium should be build and you should also have low wages right now. 2 things to consider: 1 media center money start next season should be available at max, so 50 mio at season rollover, minimum. If not, plan to have it. 2 coaches and players wages should be in sum per week between 4 and 6 mio per u p d a t e at max with 4 mio usually giving you a plus even in a losing season, while 6 mio gives you overall a small minus over the season. Price money and deep playoff runs not included. And i expect a premium youth acadamy. So dependend on you coaching setup, the rest is for wages on players. In general i would advise you to get the main skills together to say 40, then check again. Example: de has 25 vis, 30 tac and 22 foo now, get all 3 skills to 30 first, then 31, 32 and so on until 40. if you have already high cost for coaches, lower that value to 35. Does the playbook get locked for a match at the 1hr deadline for changing match settings or will the match engine consider changes you make after the deadline/during the game?
