These suggestions would make RZA more similar to the real NFL:
(1) There should be more injuries with longer impact. This would make the managers develop more depth to their teams. (2) There should be more interceptions by safeties. (3) There should be more sacks by defensive tackles. (4) There should be more passes to running backs. (5) When to substitute players should be done on a position by position basis. |

As said, I would create post per suggestion and add some more detail on how it impacts game and improves it for the better.
