I think the best - and most accurate -power ranking is whatever puts the Aliens at No. 1 !

Based on the formular and the schedule, the REAL ranking will only be known after week 17.
Right now you have Bye-weeks and the amount of BOTs played when and how often, which will shift data heavily. After weeks 17, all byes are gone and most schedules are more comparable, still, some will have more BOT games than others. It would be more accurate to take also somehow the opponents results into account, but that makes it of cause way more complex. |

Probably too complicated to take out games vs bots. |

Bye weeks and bot games will skew these rankings as you can see. You absolutely need to take strength of schedule into account but there is no easy way to do this with the data available in RZA. I could however use a team's ELO and get the average ELO of their opponents in order to show strength of schedule. This could help make these rankings much more accurate but it does make my collection of data more complicated. I have some ideas that I'm kicking around....we'll see... |

Well you've done a lot of work on this which is greatly appreciated. I would tend to leave it for the rest of the season as we are virtually halfway through. See how it goes and how accurate it is as time goes on. Once you have a full season's data you can review it and then maybe make any tweaks to it during the off-season. As long as the table has Aliens higher than Hornets there can't be much wrong with it
