RZA football - where are the penalties?

Even at the risk of making myself unpopular again...
Why we don't have penalties in RZA?

You know that this game is only part time hobby for 2 people right? No company of developers behind the curtains here. My point is that in this situation You can't have all at once and everything that can be done probably will be done in time.

in my league play today ...my team sacked them for a SAFETY!!!
thanks for my punter/kicker for kicking out of bounds at the 1 yd line
vs. GLions
Gotta say, iread it a few times about Safetys....finally i got to see my team do it. Very pleased on the progress.

Safeties have been a part of the game since I joined. They are just rare events in a football game, and RZA mimics it well. Thus we don't get to see them often, but they have been coded for a while now.

FB run blocking
RB pass catching
Finalising 11 v 11 Punts
More Traits

Fine with penalties but all of the above should be 1000 times higher on the priority list than what would be mainly a dice roll anyway.

Clock Management options still more of a priority than anything IMO. To have nothing for what is one of the most important aspects of the game is poor to me. Has been on the To Do list since Season 5 with no apparent movement at all.

Sorry to interupt you guys, but most important for me, and I am the boss , is the final implementation of the special team play...once we have that, the basic gameplay is quite complete, and a normal football game can be played. After that, my personal route is a bit different from what you guys have in mind, but who knows what will happen exactly. Maybe we see RBs catching passes, maybe we see clock management, maybe something else. I would like to have audible calls much more than other things, combined with a better to use playbook editor...but hey, priorities seem to be different. Ask 10 managers, and get 12 different answers

I have my playbook set up for clock management, it's not perfect but it's not bad. Be more specific, I'd like to know what you're looking for...
