You're lucky that the weakening of over 30's was never introduced.

I've got 1 retiring this season, my first in about 5 or 6 seasons.

"Funny" thing is all the guys that retire at 30 are players I drafted...
And reciprocally, all the guys I drafted decide to retire at 30...

4 out of 7 players possible. What is worse is that they are all starters. It might be hard to replace them.
