Let's continue the preview!
The next division is the AC North. Fc Can CATzo Cowboys (49.5) I recognize this team because two of my players had gone to this team in the past. Funny enough, I sold my old starting QB to them last season, and now he's back in 2.1 again with this new team. I think these guys could do alright, their division shouldn't stop them from a winning record, but making the playoffs won't be a walk in the park. I have every reason to believe that they are worthy of sticking around in this league. The team name is incomprehensible though- but it must mean something! Gray Wolf (50.3) One of the bot flushers, this team comes from 3.4; and looks rather interesting, to be sure. A 50 overall rating isn't usually something attached to a bot flusher, but on closer look, this team appears to have stuck with the starter players. Maybe not entirely starter players, but it looks like there's been a lot of development going on here. I think Gray Wolf is going to be fighting with the Cowboys a considerable deal, and I think their season hinges on how well they do against the other promoted / flushed teams. I'm not highly expectant of them to make a playoff run, given their playoffs last season. Noname (61.5) Noname looks a lot tougher since last season- my two cents. From last season, I think it's at least a 5 point improvement. Still, as I found out, Noname's biggest challenge is going to be finding a good strategy. Having played them, I can say with a degree of confidence that tactics will be their key to success. If this team gets it together on that level, they could be heading for division one. Sursee Bisons (60.5) The Bisons improved a little bit too, just not as much as Noname. Still, the division two veteran is looking to win back-to-back division titles, and this team has experience at making it into the playoffs. The Bisons are a name you can trust, when it comes to winning. Wandstef has been waiting patiently, could this be his season? We will see, but I think it's likely. PREDICTIONS 1. Sursee Bisons (11-5) 2. Noname (10-6) 3. Fc Can CATzo Cowboys (8-8) 4. Gray Wolf (6-10) This division always tends to be a close one, between the Bisons and Noname. This time looks like it will be no different. Last edited on 2014-06-13 22:09:09 by Brickington |

I'm doing it in parts that don't require a ton of time. To put it in perspective, these take me 20-30 minutes.
Let's hit the AC South while we're here. Besaid Aurochs (60.6) This is my team! Last season was looking great until the end when I got weird and the division was won by Modest Mouse as a result. I lost to the Kingfighters, naturally. Those guys are crafty. The team is definitely the same as it was at the end of last season, but usually I do the most changing mid-year anyway. I'm gunning for the championship, but the Blues are a big obstacle, and I have no idea if I'll be closing the gap in the meantime. There's only so much one can do, and I'll do what I can, anyway. At the end of the day, I think I'll just float on by Modest Mouse this year, and that's what I really care about. Kennesaw Thunder (56.2) The Thunder will teach you something if you're not careful: RESPECT THEM! Even the last place team finished with a winning record in the AC South, to illustrate how good the division is. The Thunder have improved some since last season, but in a fast moving division like this one, improvements are needed just to keep your head above water. Last season my Aurochs were the highest rated going into the season at like 54 maybe? Nonetheless, this division is jam-packed, and the Thunder have as good a chance as anyone to win. Modest Mouse (56.9) Modest Mouse hasn't improved much on paper, but it's their conservative approach that is probably the reason for a slow moving overall rating. In terms of tactics, they're really good, it's carried them through more than a few seasons in 2.1- obviously the management knows what they're doing. Oh, and they won the division last year (though that was partially through a mess-up by my Aurochs, but 13-3 cannot be diminished). Probably going to be a fight at the top between my guys and these guys. bamarammer (57.1) Probably the most formidable of the teams that didn't make the playoffs last year. bamarammer is showing improvement and always plays tough games, but the end to last season was more of a choke job than anything else. At a certain point, they were in line to take a playoff spot. Their glaring weakness is a poor rushing game, below 50%. In order to stick around this year, I think the rushing game has to finally improve. While I respect bamarammer, I have reason to believe they're the weak link in the division right now. THE PREDICTIONS 1. Besaid Aurochs (13-3) 2. Modest Mouse (11-5) 3. Kennesaw Thunder (10-6) 4. bamarammer (8-8) |

We've gotta get more previews done!
Up next is the AC West! Arizona Reapers (50.1) The Reapers were one of the little guys from last season who survived the gauntlet. Their team has made improvements, and now they aren't the little guys anymore. Obviously, if I were them, I'd shoot for something better than 8-8, but now it's possible. I think the Reapers will hold their own, but they don't have enough to make a run, yet. Lafayette Mousquetaires (54.8) The Mousquetaires are coming off of an 8-8 season and have probably been the quietest team in the league. They've been around, but they've just hung around without doing a lot. Well, I feel like that ought to change. These guys are due to do something, finally. Will they move up? No. Will they play better? Hopefully. Las Vegas Rattlesnakes (47.2) Welcome to the real game, kid. I blew these guys out on my season eleven campaign as I exited division three, but I did notice that they were going to be something. Now they're here in the real game, and they're bottom rung. I think they'll take a beating, but maybe they can hang around. They had to beat the Ordes Saints to win a place here, after all. Romanian Devil Gypsies (58.5) The main contender from this division, and probably one of the best teams currently in our league. After going one and done for the third straight year, the Gypsies are looking to compile a solid season thirteen campaign. With a big air-raid offense, this year might be their year, finally. PREDICTIONS 1. Romanian Devil Gypsies (12-4) 2. Arizona Reapers (10-6) 3. Lafayette Mousquetaires (6-10) 4. Las Vegas Rattlesnakes (5-11) |

I'm guessing you're not 100% on your English, then?
To say someone is crafty is like saying that they are clever. Basically I am saying you have a lot of tricks up your sleeve, in this context what I'm referring to is your excellent play calling skill. |

Yes, I'm not completely bilingual so sorry if I misunderstood. Thanks to explain it to me! And thanks anyway for these kind words! |

Let's try and finish the previews today!
It's going to take me five posts to have everything properly organized. Anyway, here we go! NC East Gava Predators (47.0) The Gava Predators were one of the teams to bot flush into our league this year. I don't have a lot to say about them, theirs is a team with a lower end rating, but that's not to say they will do absolutely nothing. At the very least, a third place finish is guaranteed because the Gase Hawks went bot. The Predators bought two players from me, so I know this team is somewhat active on the transfer market. They should think about improving the running game, as it is clearly exploitable right now. Nottingham Outlaws (64.1) The Robin Hoods join us from division one. Obviously they're no joke, but in my experience against them in friendlies, it's that the Outlaws shouldn't been seen as superhuman to anyone in here. Ultimately to beat them, you're best served to take a nice long look at your playbook, and then you can breathe easy. Still, the Outlaws create a mismatch that should make you worried. Their strength is undoubtedly depth, judging by the roster. There are no four star players, but there are more than a few 3.5* studs ready to roll, especially on the defensive side of the ball. Yikes. Raleigh Road Runners (51.1) The Road Runners fought off relegation at the end of last season. For a team that once looked like it was going to be a dominant force after a great season in division three a few seasons ago, the Road Runners are stuck in a rut, complacent. The prospect of being passed by the Predators should really light a fire under the Road Runners, or else relegation is near. THE PREDICTIONS 1st. Nottingham Outlaws (13-3) 2nd. Gava Predators (9-7) 3rd. Raleigh Road Runners (4-12) 4th. Gase Hawks [BOT] (0-16) Past seasons in 2.1 have led me to believe that going with the new blood is wise in situations like this.
