I'm not sure everybody did see the post in the suggestion forum regarding a managers Hall of Fame.
I did think a bit about the concept and at the end I came to the conclusion that there should be some kind of regional Hall of Fame, where managers will be remembered who maybe did not made it to the gobal stage, but who did field a team to remember on the regional level at least. I looked into my excel sheets and did find it quite OK to nominated managers by folowing rules: The team had to play at least 5 seasons in the 1.1 The teams first appearance in the 1.1 has to be at least 7 seasons in the past from nomination date I did find around 30 teams eligable now or in the future so far, which seems to be a lot, but beside maybe a few all of them were fun to play and relevant at their time, in some way. I would like to do it this way: I nominate every season max 10 teams, with pros and cons and max 4 teams out of that list can be selected to the Hall of Fame on regional level. The 6 other teams do get back into the pool and are not eligable for the next 2 seasons. Thoughts? |

I like this idea, it would add another dimension to the game, as well as just being a fun thing to look at teams and vote for them!

I don't want to be cocky, but it's all up to you, if this forum is used more often, or not.
Sometimes it looks like I'm doing a monologue here, which is not my understanding of a forum. I did some first evaluation of the first few teams eligable and I think at least for the first few seasons we should look at teams with 4 seasons in the 1.1. I will point out those teams. Unfortunately is the supercup list not correct, it looks like the team names are overwriten, if BOTs get a new name. Makes it hard to get the real record of the teams in the supercup. |
